Weather and activities.
Temperatures seem to be between 60 deg F (16 deg C) and 40 deg F (4 deg C), in the day time but closer to freezing at nights in Jasper and Banff. There also seems to be some rain in the forecast, especially later in the week.
Hopefully, there will still be some fall colors although we may be a week or so too late for them, we'll see.
So far we have not arranged any activities leaving it to see what is available when we arrive and weather and other factors at the time and place. There are some famous old hotels in both locations and I am sure that we will visit them and perhaps have a meal there or tea or drinks. The scenery will probably be the main attraction. There is some activity with a representative of the 'First Peoples', the indigenous population and that would be very interesting to hear.
